I'm Debra Dozier, and I'm from Pflugerville, Texas. I got set up with Bold Leads about a year and four months ago, it has been the most successful advertising that I've spent my money on. I've had eighteen closed transactions, I have five listings on the board right now. I'm working with several buyers. Over the twenty years I've been an agent I've tried a lot of different advertising, most of it was doing mail outs where you're mailing post cards. With Bold Leads the minute you sign up you start getting leads, and when you get those leads you've got telephone numbers, emails, addresses, and you start working those leads right away. You're not just sitting there waiting for somebody to call you, you can actually start taking action. What I love about Bold Leads is it's like having your own personal assistant, because the automated emails just go out when I'm out of the office, and I'm working other leads and doing the listing presentations. Taking pictures or whatever I need to be doing, because us agents are always so busy.
I use the follow-up system, the follow-up system has the automated pre-home evaluation it sends to anybody that gives us their email address and is just curious about their home's value. Then after we send them the pre-home evaluation the automated system continues to ask them questions about their home upgrades. While I've been out working the one to three month leads I get back to my office to check my emails, and then I already have another appointment to go to. My recommendations to a new agent would be to most definitely start with the one to three month leads because they're so hot, those people are so serious. If you get on those right away, you're going to get them and list them. If you're an agent considering Bold Leads, it's a great way to never run out of prospects and leads, and it will boost your business. I keep saying, "I love Bold Leads!" I think it's awesome.
