I'm Debra Dozier, and I'm from Pflugerville, Texas. I got set up with Bold Leads about a year and four months ago, it has been the most successful advertising that I've spent my money on. I've had eighteen closed transactions, I have five listings on the board right now. I'm working with several buyers. Over the twenty years I've been an agent I've tried a lot of different advertising, most of it was doing mail outs where you're mailing post cards. With Bold Leads the minute you sign up you start getting leads, and when you get those leads you've got telephone numbers, emails, addresses, and you start working those leads right away. You're not just sitting there waiting for somebody to call you, you can actually start taking action. What I love about Bold Leads is it's like having your own personal assistant, because the automated emails just go out when I'm out of the office, and I'm working other leads and doing the listing presentations. Taking pictures or whatever I need to be doing, because us agents are always so busy.

I use the follow-up system, the follow-up system has the automated pre-home evaluation it sends to anybody that gives us their email address and is just curious about their home's value. Then after we send them the pre-home evaluation the automated system continues to ask them questions about their home upgrades. While I've been out working the one to three month leads I get back to my office to check my emails, and then I already have another appointment to go to. My recommendations to a new agent would be to most definitely start with the one to three month leads because they're so hot, those people are so serious. If you get on those right away, you're going to get them and list them. If you're an agent considering Bold Leads, it's a great way to never run out of prospects and leads, and it will boost your business. I keep saying, "I love Bold Leads!" I think it's awesome.

What I would say about Bold Leads is that we've had a great experience with them. We've had a great experience with the leads. We've had a great experience with follow-up. We're very pleased with what we've seen thus far and that's because it works. We have had numerous listings, enough that I've lost count. We are coming close to a year that we've been working with the leads and now is when they are starting to pay off at a greater dividend. We do have the Bold Leads product in several areas and we have used that to open up other areas for us. If we've got new folks that are starting we want to give them a little bit of traction if we know where we're going to be going, we'll even start that a little bit early where we focus our main line of business which is Lee Summit. We use surge there because it encompasses our entire area and it puts a little extra oomph and gets us a few more leads.

The very first weekend that we were on this program we had almost 600 click-throughs. We have kind of rolled with that momentum, as far as in other areas where were using what I would consider to be your basic product, we're still getting great results. We do use the entire follow-up system. We don't let that be the only follow-up that happens, we want to be on the phone calling them. We want to be emailing them but we absolutely let those funnels and emails follow-up because there's no greater power for conversion than contact. We hold everything to a high standard and when you're spending the kind of money that you spend on any kind of lead program you want to make sure that you're getting a good return for your money. We feel like we've gotten a good return for our money or we wouldn't still be around. It's worked for us. We've tweaked things as we've went along but it's been a great program for us and our team!

Hi, my name is Paula I'm with value plus three percent real estate up here in Bern in British Columbia Canada and I used Boldleads system now for two months, on the buyer side I have quite happened at first I actually was looking to get results from using the listing program. I've had friends that have been in the an industry that has successfully used the
boldly system in Calgary in that regard. But the buyer side was the only thing that was available to me at the time and actually, I have had great response from using the buyers boldly system.

I've one buyer that is going to complete on home today in fact and I have now after only two months of advertising with the program 248 other leads that I can actively generate business for now and in the future.

I began with Bold Leads at the end of February, been about almost seven months now. I've had two listings that closed so far and a total of five since I started with Bold Leads. I work in an area that's mostly suburban. I am a loan agent, but the great thing about Bold Leads is I have a virtual assistant, but I may have to hire somebody because I have so many leads I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to handle them all, which is a great problem to have. The buyers that I work with are basically in the area that have been living in apartments are are ready to purchase. When I receive a seller lead I will give them a call immediately and just introduce myself to them, offer my services. If I have a partial lead, I email the person. After I receive a lead, I send a pre-listening packet through the email. Then I'm able to tell whether they've opened it or not.
I would recommend when you get the lead to followup immediately. I would tell them not to give up. Even [inaudible 00:01:07] sell like they're talking to a friend. What helps me with Bold Leads is the fact that I love people. Every opportunity that I get when I'm talking to someone new is just a new friend that I can make. My lender is extremely happy. He has seen more leads in these past few months than any other website that she has dealt with. One of the best things about Bold Leads is the fact that it's one agent per zip code. You don't have that competition. Basically, my first lead was a listing that I got. After that it's a piece of cake!
